A1 LP01

A1 Base material is a two-component material that consists of a mineral powder and a water-based acrylic resin.

These components bond to create a very strong material. A1 is environmentally friendly, safe to work with, fire resistant, easy to use and has a fast processing time.

A1 should be carefully weighed and mixed. The mixing ratio of A1 is 1 part by weight of A1 Liquid with 2 parts by weight of A1 Powder. Fill a mixing cup or bucket with the required amount of A1 Liquid. Use the stainless steel High Shear Mixer to create a vortex. Now add the appropriate amount of A1 Powder to the vortex. Continue to blend until smooth and lump-free and blend for an additional 30 seconds. Make sure that the material on the bottom and walls is mixed in as well.

The following sets are available::

• 1.5 g (0.5 kg A1 Liquid, 1 kg A1 Powder)
• 3 kg (1 kg A1 Liquid, 2 kg A1 Powder)
• 7.5 g (2.5 kg A1 Liquid, 5 kg A1 Powder)
• 15 kg (5 kg A1 Liquid, 10 kg A1 Powder)
• 30 kg (10 kg A1 Liquid, 20 kg A1 Powder)
• 60 kg (20 kg A1 Liquid, 40 kg A1 Powder)
